PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is a leading international consultancy with offices around the world. In New Zealand, the company employs over 1,300 people and has offices in the Auckland, Waikato, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Wellington, Canterbury and Otago regions.
PwC New Zealand offers advisory, assurance and consultancy services across a range of sectors, to businesses and government agencies around the country. As part of its services, it produces a range of white papers and reports on issues ranging from change management to technology. These sophisticated, high-quality materials are designed to inform PwC clients on current and future trends in the private and public sector, which in turn helps shape their own practices.
Provide writing and editing support in relation to a series of PwC white papers and reports aimed at presenting the findings of PwC surveys to the private and public sectors.
Last Word has helped to write, edit and proofread a wide range of PwC white papers and reports. A recent example was the Global Economic Crime Survey 2016: New Zealand Insights, which explores behaviours, attitudes and trends in cybercrime, ethics and compliance programmes, as well as anti-money laundering. Last Word also worked on PwC's Insights into Transformation: Seven Lessons for the Public Sector report, which included interviews with top executives from 15 government agencies.
In both of these cases, Last Word also developed associated internal and external communications materials. Media releases and pitches resulted in coverage in publications ranging from the National Business Review to the business sections of major New Zealand newspapers such as the New Zealand Herald and the Dominion Post.
"I highly recommend Last Word as the most agile and performant communications agency. Megan Heffield and her team carefully listen to our communications requirements and complete the brief every time. They exceed my expectations and deliver high-quality content in sometimes challenging deadlines."
